Rich deep copper in colour, this mid bodied Ale has a biscuity malt palate balanced by toffee caramel sweetness and a nutty finish with citrus hop notes. It may come as a surprise but as well as being a brewer Thomas Cooper was also a lay Preacher. This was all above aboard.
