Thomas Coopers Amber Malt Extract is a high quality 100% malted barley extract that imparts a smooth caramel malt character with increased depth of colour.  Use as an adjunct or as a base to create your own recipes. Our Master Brewers have produced a range of premium malt extracts, made from Australia's finest 2-row barley, malted at our on-site Maltings Plant. Coopers unique low temperature evaporation method allows us to maximise the natural flavour and colour characteristics of the malt whilst avoiding caramelised flavours.

Coopers Brew Enhancer 1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Recommended for use with lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsner.

Coopers Brew Enhancer 3 contains a high proportion of Light Dry Malt combined with dextrose and maltodextrin. The substantial quantity of Pale malt, maximises the malt character of your favourite brew whilst the dextrose and maltodextrin improve the mouthfeel and body, delivering a creamy head and avoiding any residual cidery flavours. The ultimate enhancer for all beer styles where a fuller flavour is desired.

Straw colour with golden hues and a lacy white head. Light floral aromas follow through on a light to medium bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavours and a clean finish. An Australian Lager style with plenty of character. A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract.
