Thomas Coopers Light Malt Extract is a high quality 100% malted barley extract for brews where a lighter colour and balanced malt character is preferred. Use as an adjunct or as a base to create your own recipes.
Our Master Brewers have produced a range of premium malt extracts, made from Australia’s finest 2-row barley, malted at our on-site Maltings Plant. Coopers unique low temperature evaporation method allows us to maximise the natural flavour and colour characteristics of the malt whilst avoiding caramelised flavours.

Coopers Brew Enhancer 1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention.
Recommended for use with lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsner.

Thomas Coopers first wife Ann, was an Innkeeper’s daughter so she knew a thing or two about brewing. In fact, when Ann became ill Thomas used her recipe, which she acquired from her father, as a tonic for his beloved wife. This tonic went on to become the now world famous Sparkling Ale.
Made in the tradition of the commercial brew, this Sparkling Ale has a deep golden amber colour and full malt driven palate. It displays distinctive fruitiness with banana esters, generous hops, a clean bitter finish and strong creamy head. The perfect tonic for what Ales you.

A rich, dark brew displaying coffee, chocolate and licorice aromatics, roasty bitter notes with a dry finish.
Coopers DIY Beer Irish Stout is an authentic recipe containing a blend of malted barley, roasted barley, flaked barley and hops. The pour will exhibit a turbulent, cascading tan foaming action. Eventually, this settles into a creamy beige coloured head that rests atop the beer.
